Days: Monday to Friday
Rate: £28,000 p/a
Hours of work: 8:30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
Location: Banbury, OX16
Job Description
Responsible for:
Oversee health and safety procedures and ensure legal compliance
Oversee general maintenance and care of the building
To take care of our building and ensure that it is always welcoming and comfortable
Working with contractors and cleaning services to ensure good upkeep of the building
Ensuring training for employed staff is issued and up-to-date
Ensuring all insurance policies are up-to-date and compliant
Collecting incoming student enquiries for our very own Counselling Academy
Promoting and marketing our Group
Lease with potential new Business Associates
Monitoring room occupancy
Specific responsibilities include:
·Provide a welcoming environment to all visitors and providing a great first impression. Completing administration duties to support all areas, including but limited to:
Providing a warm welcome and being the first port of call for enquires
Produce new systems for collating data,
Taking and logging payments for clients and ad hoc room hire
Responding to enquiries by phone, email and live chat
Providing administrative support for internal team members as required
Ensuring confidentiality
Keeping records in line with GDPR and data protection
Accurate completion and management of referral spreadsheet
Keeping and maintaining Teams/SharePoint system in good order
To work alongside cleaning and building contractors to ensure presentation of the building is first class
To attend relevant training to understand Health and Safety legislation
Ensure all insurances are up to date and displayed as appropriate
Work with employed teams to ensure online workshops are prioritised and complete
To report to leadership team periodically and discuss marketing progress
Responding to enquiries through multiple channels with a gold standard level of service
Understand and adhere to the processes of the organisation
Support and organise all administration duties
To attend training as necessary for the growing demands of the business
The Right Candidate:
·Previous experience of clerical and administrative work would be preferable
Experience of working within Health and Safety is desirable
A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in an administration or customer service role
Ability to work under pressure, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
A background in building management or maintenance is preferable
A natural communicator with ability to communicate through multiple channels such as phone, web and email
Experience working with Microsoft software
Comfortable with working on own initiative
Able to hold confidentiality
Someone who is supportive and empathetic
Great team player
