Young Persons Groups

Why choose our groups for children and young people?…

They will gain:

Peer Support; They share experiences and gain strength from others facing similar challenges

Safe, non-judgmental space; Your child/ teen will feel comfortable opening up and learning in a positive, supportive environment.

We will look at tools to build self-confidence, set small achievable goals, and take small steps forward in being their best selves. They will gain a sense of belonging as they form connections with peers in a non- judgemental  group. Being away from the educational environment offers a neutral space where the young people may feel more secure to open up about their feelings.

During the course;

Your young person will gain more confidence as they work or themselves and learn from the group.

Gain better understanding and able to manage their physical and emotional reactions to concerns.

Develop resilience through exploring in a creative way and goal setting for themselves.
