Happier: Inspiring quotes, meditations, gratitude journals and more to resist negativity and become more resilient
Daylio: A mood tracking app to help young people better understand their triggers and collect their thoughts
CalmHalm: An app offering alternative mechanisms for coping than self-harm, including distraction techniques, breathing exercises to release tension and exercises for self-expression
SAM: Self-help to manage anxiety
WhatsUp?: Self help for depression, anxiety, tension, and stress. Includes breathing exercises, grounding techniques and positive affirmations
Mindshift: Teaches relaxation techniques, alternative thinking styles for staying positive and active steps to take charge of anxiety
Reach Out Worry Time: Sets apart specific time to worry in order to get on with the rest of the day
Stay Alive: An app to help you stay safe if youβre having thoughts of suicide
Kooth: An app offering free advice, wellbeing and counselling to support 10-18 year olds. It includes journal and goals pages, discussion groups, a messenger service and magazine articles written by young people.
